Engine Oil Level: Pre-ride; Make adjustments as needed.

Air Filter, Pre-Filter: Daily; Inspect, clean often, replace as needed.

Air Box Sediment Tube: Daily; Drain deposits when visible.

Coolant: Daily; Check level daily, change coolant every two years.

Headlamp/Tail Lamp/Worklight: Daily; Check operation, apply dielectric grease if replacing.

Air Filter, Main Element: Weekly; Inspect, replace as needed.

Recoil Housing: Weekly; Drain water as needed, check often if operating in wet conditions.

Brake Pad Wear: 10 Hours/Monthly/100 Miles; Inspect periodically.

Battery: 20 Hours/Monthly/200 Miles; Check terminals, clean, test.

Front Gearcase Oil: 25 Hours/Monthly/250 Miles; Inspect level, change yearly.

Transmission Oil: 25 Hours/Monthly/250 Miles; Inspect level, change yearly.

Engine Breather Filter: 25 Hours/Monthly/250 Miles; Inspect, clean if needed.

General Lubrication: 50 Hours/3 Months/500 Miles; Lubricate all fittings, pivots, cables, etc.

Throttle Cable/ETC Switch: 50 Hours/6 Months/500 Miles; Inspect, adjust, lubricate, replace if necessary.

Throttle Body Intake Duct: 50 Hours/6 Months/500 Miles; Inspect duct for proper sealing/air leaks.

Drive Belt: 50 Hours/6 Months/500 Miles; Inspect, adjust, replace as needed.

Cooling System: 50 Hours/6 Months/1000 Miles; Inspect coolant strength seasonally, pressure test system yearly.

Engine Oil Change: 100 Hours/6 Months/1000 Miles; Perform a break-in oil change at one month.

Oil Filter Change: 100 Hours/6 Months/1000 Miles; Replace with oil change.

Oil Tank Vent Hose: 100 Hours/12 Months/1000 Miles; Inspect routing, condition.

Valve Clearance: 100 Hours/12 Months/1000 Miles; Inspect, adjust.

Fuel System/Filter: 100 Hours/12 Months/1000 Miles; Check for leaks at tank cap, lines, filter, pump, replace lines every two years.

Radiator: 100 Hours/12 Months/1000 Miles; Inspect, clean external surfaces.

Cooling Hoses: 100 Hours/12 Months/1000 Miles; Inspect for leaks.

Engine Mounts: 100 Hours/12 Months/1000 Miles; Inspect.

Exhaust Muffler/Pipe: 100 Hours/12 Months/1000 Miles; Inspect.

Spark Plug: 100 Hours/12 Months/1000 Miles; Inspect, replace as needed.

Ignition Timing: 100 Hours/12 Months/1000 Miles; Inspect.

Wiring: 100 Hours/12 Months/1000 Miles; Inspect for wear, routing, security, apply dielectric grease to connectors subjected to water, mud, etc.

Clutches:  100 Hours/12 Months/1000 Miles; Inspect, clean, replace worn parts. 

Front Wheel Bearings: 100 Hours/12 Months/1000 Miles; Inspect, replace as needed.

Brake Fluid: 200 Hours/24 Months/2000 Miles; Change every two years.

Spark Arrestor: 300 Hours/36 Months/3000 Miles; Clean out.

Idle Speed: Adjust as needed.

Toe Adjustment: Inspect periodically, adjust when parts are replaced.

Headlight Aim: Adjust as needed.
